日本クレジットカード協会や、クレジットカード会社からの指導により、2025年3月末をもちまして、クレジットカードのサイン認証が廃止となり、ICチップによる暗証番号（PIN）入力が必要となります。
近年、クレジットカードの不正利用被害が増加しており、サイン認証ではカード所有者本人であることの確認が不十分であるため、より安全性の高い暗証番号入力へ移行することとなりました。

※暗証番号がご不明な場合は、予めクレジットカード裏面に記載されているカード発行会社へ再設定等についてお問い合わせください。
※暗証番号がご不明の場合は、その他の決済方法（現金や電子マネー等）でのご精算をお願いします。

Notice: Discontinuation of Signature Authentication for Credit Card Payments Effective April 1, 2025
To Our Valued Customers,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued patronage.
Please be advised that, effective April 1, 2025, there will be a change in the credit card payment procedure.
Following guidance from the Japan Credit Card Association and credit card companies, signature authentication for credit card transactions will be discontinued as of the end of March 2025. Moving forward, all credit card payments will require PIN (Personal Identification Number) authentication using the card’s IC chip.
Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud, signature authentication has been deemed insufficient in verifying the identity of the cardholder. To enhance security and ensure safer transactions, we are transitioning to PIN-based authentication.
Note:
If you do not know your PIN, please contact the card issuer listed on the back of your credit card in advance to reset or confirm it.
If you are unable to provide your PIN, please use an alternative payment method, such as cash, electronic money payment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our effort to ensure safe and secure credit card transactions.
