【重要なお知らせ】駐車場ご利用時のお願い（駐車券を必ずお取りください）

平素より ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在、当ホテルが提携しております駐車場
「タイムズラビナ」の入庫ゲート設備の不具合により、バーが常時開いた状態となっております。
そのため、駐車券を取らずにそのまま入庫されるケースが発生しております。

当ホテルでは、フロントにて駐車券の印字処理を行うことで、
入庫から最大24時間一律1,000円にてご利用いただけますが、
駐車券をお持ちでない場合は割引処理ができず、通常料金でのご精算となってしまいます。

ご不便をおかけし誠に恐れ入りますが、駐車場をご利用の際は、

必ず「駐車券をお取りいただいてから」ご入庫くださいますよう
お願い申し上げます。

ご到着後は、駐車券をフロントまでお持ちください。印字処理をさせていただきます。

お客様にはお手数をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

【Important Notice】 Please Be Sure to Take a Parking Ticket Before Entering

Thank you very much for your continued support of ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay.

Due to a malfunction of the entrance gate equipment at our affiliated parking facility, Times LOVINA, the barrier arm is currently left in the open position.
As a result, some guests have been entering the parking area without taking a parking ticket.

At our hotel, by bringing your parking ticket to the front desk for validation, you may use the parking facility for a flat rate of JPY 1,000 for up to 24 hours from the time of entry.
However, if you do not have a parking ticket, we will be unable to apply this special rate, and you will be charged the regular parking fee.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly ask for your cooperation as follows:

Please be sure to take a parking ticket before entering the parking area.

After arriving at the hotel, please bring your parking ticket to the front desk for validation.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
